All document processing occurs client-side in your browser. We do not store, access, or transmit your document content to our servers.

3. User Eligibility

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS (WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Washington, D.C.

You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be void.
