IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS (WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DocForge Pro regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be void.
